UK’s best city break named – and it’s not London | Travel News | Travel

Planning a city break in 2024? If you’re looking for a UK staycation, there’s a city in the northwest of England that could be the perfect destination. 

A new study from the team at Which? Travel asked 4,000 holidaymakers to rank their experiences of visiting cities across the UK. 

The cities were scored on factors such as accommodation, food and drink, lack of crowds, tourist attractions and value for money. 

While London did grab a place in the top 10, it wasn’t the highest-scoring city in the UK.
